Division Manager - BC Branch

Mojtaba Eslampour is a highly skilled Division Manager with over nine years of combined experience in the construction industry and academia. Holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical and Soil Mechanics, Mojtaba brings a deep technical foundation to his leadership role. He oversees all aspects of R.S. Foundation Systems’ British Columbia operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His expertise spans excavation, shotcrete shoring, micropiles, piling, and secant and diaphragm wall construction. Mojtaba has played a key role in major infrastructure initiatives, including the Vancouver Subway Extension and critical upgrades for BC Hydro. As a certified BCCSA COR internal auditor, Mojtaba emphasizes the importance of robust safety practices and meticulous quality control. He has successfully led large-scale infrastructure projects across Canada, the U.S., and the Middle East, working with top firms. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (APEGA) and holds certifications from MIT, Harvard, and Columbia University.

Brandon Clay is a drilling industry veteran with 19 years of experience in seismic, geotechnical coring, soil sampling, oil and gas, geothermal drilling, and construction drilling. He has 10 years of field experience in directional drilling and the past 6 years as an operations coordinator. Kartavya Jadav  is a skilled construction professional merges academic excellence with practical expertise as an Estimator & Project Coordinator. Specializing in construction management from the University of Calgary, he possesses a deep understanding of project lifecycles. 
Kartavya has quickly become invaluable in the construction sector, utilizing his hands-on experience to navigate project complexities effectively. As an estimator, he crafts precise cost estimates tailored to each project's needs, ensuring projects remain within budget.

Michelle Grace is a highly skilled Office Manager with over five years of experience in office and construction management. Her strong leadership, exceptional organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of our team and projects. Beyond her management role, Michelle is deeply committed to promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
